بارانی
Rainy, relating to rain, rain fed, having abundant rain, of or pertaining to the rainy season. This adjective describes something that is associated with or affected by rain, particularly in the context of climate, agriculture, or seasons. بارانی is derived from باران (baaraan), the Persian word for rain, with the suffix "ی" (i) turning it into an adjective. The word is used in weather descriptions ("بارانی موسم", baaraani mausam, rainy season), in agriculture ("بارانی زمین", baaraani zameen, rain fed land), and in geography ("بارانی علاقہ", baaraani ilaqa, rainy region). The phrase has a neutral to positive polarity, depending on context. Rain is generally seen as a blessing, especially in agricultural societies. The opposite is "خشک" (khushk, dry) or "غیر بارانی" (ghair baaraani, non rainy). The word is formal to neutral in register.
